Should you choose to place any dependence on this information, it shall be at your own risk.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
If any clause in this agreement is deemed invalid and unenforceable for any reason, then that clause shall be considered invalid and will not affect the validity of the other clauses, terms and conditions provided on the website.
The agreement is, whether translated into any language by the platform or user, shall be valid in its original English text.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your requirements.
As a user, you agree to indemnify and hold www.classykids.com, its officers, employees, suppliers, agents and affiliates, harmless from any demands, claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses including legal costs; incurred out of your breach of this user agreement and Classy Kids’ policies as stated on the website or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Limitation of Liabilities:
ClassyKids.com inclusive of its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses or damage (tangible or intangible and however arising, including negligence or otherwise, including if ClassyKids.com has been advised of the possibility same), be it direct, indirect, occasional, special, incidental or consequential arising out of your use of this website and its services. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the website and/or its contents, it is recommended that you inform us of your reason for your discontent or discontinue using it.
Access and membership:
ClassyKids.com reserves the right to limit, suspend, withdraw, discontinue your membership and/or your access to the website without notice, at any time.
Classy Kids welcomes your feedback, comments and reviews on our website and social media sites. Your feedback will be displayed on the site along with your username. Please remember, once you have posted your feedback, it cannot be retracted. Comments posted on the site from your account are solely your responsibility. Classy Kids will not be held responsible for any comment made on the site, its associated site or social media pages. As a user, you agree not to make any comment, feedback or review that is not factual in nature, racist, disrespectful, uses profanity, derogatory or inappropriate. Such comments may result in the withdrawal or suspension of your access to the site.
Delivery & Warranty:
Placing an order:
To place an order on www.classykids.com, select the product you wish to purchase and add to cart. Once you have added in all items you want to purchase in the cart, click on the cart icon and then proceed to checkout. Fill in your personal information ensuring that all the details added here are correct – this is important for speedy and accurate delivery. After you have filled in your personal information, proceed to the payment gateway, select your preferred payment option and confirm the order.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and once accepted by Classy Kids based on product availability.
Classy Kids reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
Changing your order / order details:
If you have made a mistake on your order with regards to the account details – i.e. shipping address, phone number etc. Please contact our customer support immediately.
ClassyKids.com delivers to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. All products are delivered through trusted and certified third-party courier companies. Delivery will take 2 – 7 business days depending on the location. ClassyKids.com is not liable for any delay in delivery that is caused by the courier partner. All products will be handed over to the courier partner within 1 business day. Turnaround time for delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to several factors such as holidays etc. If there is any delay due product availability, ClassyKids.com will inform the customer via email and call. Should there be any delay due to unforeseen circumstance, ClassyKids.com shall be not be held liable.
Please note, all products, including gifts, shipped from ClassyKids.com will contain an invoice with the product details and price.
Delivery is charged separately in addition to your product price. The price is calculated per the product weight, method of delivery (ground, air, water), location you are shipping from and delivery distance from point of origin to destination. This is shown separately as shipping charges on your invoice. Customs and duties, if applicable, will be charged to the consignee directly.
If you are not available to collect your delivery under any circumstance, there will be a redelivery charge applicable which will need to be paid on delivery of the goods.
Note: This shipping information is provided to you for general information purposes and may not be applicable or accurate for shipments processed with some carriers or for goods shipped across certain international borders. For international shipments, please also check with countries whose borders your shipment may cross for any additional rules, regulations, duties, or taxes may apply. Website/URL will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
It is recommended that you insure international shipments if the carrier does not provide automatic coverage. Check with the carrier for insurance regulations for each country as they may vary.
Refund & Return:
We believe shopping is a fun, destressing, sometimes even therapeutic experience. When you don’t have the pleasure of trying or seeing a product before purchase, it sometimes becomes a little difficult. At Classy Kids, we want you to know that you are our top priory, there if you wish to return or exchange a product, you can. Below are a few guidelines to returning or exchanging any product.
Classy Kids will accept returns / exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you are not happy with the product, please contact our customer care within 7 days and we will schedule the collection of the product.
Ensure that you present the original invoice at the time of return.
Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original, sealed box and in resellable condition (unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged and with ALL original tags attached).
If ALL of the above criteria IS NOT met, the item will be returned to customer.
The amount will be refunded to your Classy Kids Wallet within 14 days of receiving the product and after the product has been checked and verified.
The amount refunded will only be the price of the product. Shipping amount will not be refunded.
Please Note: Recollection and redelivery charges apply.
For defective or damaged products,
Notify Classy Kids within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will schedule the collection of the product.
The product will be then checked and verified by the seller.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your Classy Kids Wallet within 14 days of receiving the product or the product will be replaced.
If you are unable to raise an alert with us about the receipt of a damaged or defective product within 24 hours, there shall be no liability to ClassyKids.com.
If a product that is returned is not found defective, it will be reshipped back and the re-shipping costs for the same will be borne by the customer.
Please Note: Recollection and redelivery charges apply. Use scissors to remove tags. Pulling tags resulting to damage/s will not be subject for replacement/exchange. Wear and tear is not a valid reason for replacement.
It is recommended that before accepting any shipment, kindly check the product packaging for any damage or defect. If you observe any damage or tampering, please do not accept the delivery and notify us at ClassyKids.com immediately with pictorial proof if possible. We will ensure that the product is replaced.
Please be advised that for cash on delivery purchases as per the Standard Operating Procedure, you can only take and open your parcel AFTER you've handed the payment to our carrier
While returning a product, kindly ensure that it is adequately packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Proper packaging of return products will be the responsibility of the customer.
ClassyKids.com accepts two forms of payment:
Cash on Delivery
Online Payment – Master Card or Visa
Customer can choose to pay via Cash or Card on ClassyKids.com. For Card payment, you can pay using either debit card or credit card – master card or visa. There will no additional charges for paying via card or cash.
For card payments, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We accept payments online in AED currency. We are constantly updating our firewall to ensure that you are protected. You are strongly recommended not to fill credit/debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications.
